Background

Fact-finding requires good interviews. There are circumstances that for a variety of reasons, so-called investigative interviews best be carried out by an experienced, and above all, independent individual.

Interviews held by a third party will significantly lessen the chance that not all facts surface due to internal relationships, loyalty or peer pressure.

These days a more professional approach towards all types of investigative interviewing is a not to be underestimated requirement to uphold your reputation and that a case is handled fair and well-managed from day one. Additional training on top of that minimize the chance of human error during the interview and makes information that comes forward more reliable.
